Off to the races...
Well, after meeting a host of scrub donning participants, Julie was poked, prodded, wired up, given an intravenous shot of pure blue agave tequila, and wheeled off to surgery a little before 8:00. The dynamic duo of Drs. Kemper & Kemper (Neuro-otologist and Neurologist, respectively) stopped by to assure us they'd take good care of her. They estimate she'll be out of surgery between two and five o'clock pm.

Just returned from feeding (& hanging out with...)the equines while being supervised (& babysat -if that's a word!) by the canines!
Everyone's doing fine @ the homestead!
