Sorry I haven't posted an update in a while. The next one you get should be from Julie. She's been working on it, but it's still difficult for her to spend too much time in front of a computer. And...the computer is upstairs. However, she has been able to go back and read some of the earlier blog activity, including all your comments.
Julie is really progressing remarkably each day. She's motoring around the house in her walker without a spotter now, getting back to some normal activities. I won't ask her to mow the lawn until at least Tuesday, though.

You mean she hasn't already tried to insist on doing it!?! (Wouldn't put it past her!)
I know it's tough for Julie not to be able to just get up & do whatever-but I'm so glad that Julie's allowing herself some healing time & hope she will let others help do things that are just too much, right now...)
God knows, she's certainly helped & been there for me - many times -
when I so needed it!
Let me know if I can help w/anything & I hope to come visit again - soon!
To be fare perhaps you should start small. Our south austin yard would be a perfect first step!
Glad you are making such great progress.
love always,
The Cannings
Hey Guys,
Wanted to see if it's OK for me to come visit sometime on Friday?
I hope everything is continuing to go well & that Julie's getting stronger every day!
Hugs to All!
Hey Jules and Chris,
Chris if you have time would you email me a photo of Julie to me. We are having the Texas show at Kittrell/Riffkind Art Glass on Saturday. My thought is to have a cutout of Julie with me and take pictures of her friends holding it and send them to her. That way she would not miss a thing. And we would have her there with us. Thanks if you can do it. Best wishes to you all.
Love, Adelle Read
